Hi, I'm Caitlyn Pilc, a registered nurse with a passion for helping others and a knack for critical care. I’ve been in the nursing field for ten years, mostly working in the NICU and pediatrics, where I’ve had the privilege of caring for some of the most vulnerable patients. I previously taught at Monroe Community College for 2 years as full time faculty and Finger Lakes Community College for a year as a clinical instructor.
I earned my Master’s in Nursing Education from Roberts Wesleyan College, and before that, I completed my Bachelor’s at Keuka College and my Associate Degree at Monroe Community College. I am certified in Neonatal Care, and a Certified Nurse Educator Novice. I’m also a member of the Ohio Nurses Association and Sigma Theta Tau because I believe in staying connected and always learning. Currently, I am a student at 91¿´Æ¬Íø pursuing my Doctoral Degree in Nursing Clinical Practice.
Outside of work, I love traveling, baking, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills. I also have a son who keeps me on my toes. Spending time with family and friends is super important to me, and I’m always on the lookout for new adventures and ways to make a difference in the healthcare world!
