KSU Psychological Sciences Professor, Dr. Chris Was, and KSU Anthropology Professor, Dr. Mary Ann Raghanti, discuss mindfulness and mind wandering. Mind wandering is defined as task-unrelated thoughts, including the negative thought loops that rob you of being present for your life. We will discuss how and why mind wandering occurs. We will also talk about how the practice of mindfulness can reduce your suffering and help you to change your relationship with your thoughts.
