The 91¿´Æ¬Íø Staff Council (KSU-SC) serves as the unified voice of classified and unclassified staff across all Kent 91¿´Æ¬Íø campuses. We provide a platform for sharing ideas, exchanging information, and addressing issues that affect staff and the broader university community. Through advocacy, collaboration, and service, KSU-SC works to promote a positive and inclusive work environment, while advancing Kent 91¿´Æ¬Íø’s commitment to excellence in higher education.

- We advocate directly with university leadership on policies that impact your daily work experience, ensuring staff perspectives reach the President and Cabinet level.
- We create structured pathways for your concerns by providing forums for questions, suggestions, and meaningful dialogue between staff, administration, faculty, and students.
- We ensure staff representation on university committees and decision-making bodies, so your colleagues have seats at important tables.

Current Priorities:
- Anti-Bullying Policy - In an effort to support, protect and educate staff, the Advocacy Sub-Committee is partnering with People Culture and Belonging to implement an Anti- Bullying Policy to supplement the current Employee Code of Conduct.
